The database has grown in tandem with the urban real estate market and increased demand for downtown living opportunities including high-rise condominiums, mixed-use, live-work lofts, and urban townhomes. The SUREdb is updated almost daily and is expected to remain in beta version throughout 2008 with an official launch scheduled sometime in early 2009!
